A STORY ON CANCER AWARENESS

It was a bright morning, everyone was heading to their work, and markets were full of chaos. Suddenly a doorbell rang at Mr James' house who was then reading a newspaper while having tea. He called out to his wife Rose to check who was at the door. As she opened the door her eyes widened in shock as she saw her daughter- Jasmine who lived in America as a successful woman working in a big company. She was standing at the door with all her luggage. As she saw her mother she greeted her with a big smile saying "Hello mother it's been a while and still you look so young and pretty". As James heard Jasmine's voice he turned his head to cross-check whether he heard it right but as he saw her he was astonished to see his daughter who came from America unplanned. As Jasmine saw her father she ran and hugged him saying 'I missed you so much, father". She then took a seat beside her father and said, "It's been 8 years since I last visited and nothing has changed since then". Her mother who was still stunned by her sudden visit asked her ambiguously "Why did you come unplanned? Did you resign?". Jasmine answered "No Mother I just wanted to spend some time in my hometown as I missed you both so much" and laughed awkwardly. After an awkward silence James breaking the ice said "It's great to see our daughter back home after such a long time. We both missed you so much and were planning to visit America in the upcoming vacations. Isn't it so nice that she visited by herself, Rose?". Rose who found something fishy answered, "Yes of course James". Rose commanded Jasmine to wash up and come to the dining table for breakfast. After having breakfast Jasmine went back to her room and started to think of ways to tell her parents the reason why she came back. It was almost afternoon and Rose went out for some grocery shopping. On her way to the store, she met her neighbor Mrs Natalia, and greeted her. Mrs Natalia excitedly asked Rose "It's so good to see Jasmine back after such a long time. She is one of the most successful people of our neighborhood. Every youngster looks up to her as their role model. She has been working so hard since childhood. Now I think she came back to take a rest for a while." As soon as Rose heard this, her smile fainted out of embarrassment as she highly doubted that her daughter had quit her job and come back but still Rose answered with a smile "Yes she came for a vacation, she'll go back really soon". After a few days when Jasmine was out, her mother entered her room for cleaning. As she was cleaning the drawers she found some pills with something written but Rose couldn't understand it so she kept them back in the lower drawers. But as she was vacuuming she found a pamphlet lying on the floor which said COURSE FOR COOKING CLASSES. As she was reading the pamphlet Jasmine returned and saw her mother holding the pamphlet. She got scared and asked her mother to return it to her but her mother shouted at her angrily and said "If you came back just to pursue cooking as your career then pack your bags and return to America as soon as possible". Jasmine remained silent and controlled her tears till her mother left her room. At night at the dinner table, James pointed out to Jasmine by saying that why she became skinny suddenly but Jasmine excused her deteriorating health as a cause of stress from work. Days passed by and one day when Jasmine returned home in the evening she left her purse on the sofa and went out in the garden. At the same time, her father returned home from work and saw some papers coming out of Jasmin's purse. As he read those papers he was stunned to see a regular checkup report of Jasmine which she took after her surgery. At the same time when Rose saw her husband's expression, she took those papers from his hand. Tears flowed down their cheeks as they both realized that their daughter had been diagnosed with stomach cancer. When Jasmine came back and saw her parents weeping as they were holding her reports she suddenly snatched it from them. Rose grabbed her wrist and asked with tears in her eyes "Since when did you have this?? Is this yours??". Jasmine stuttered as tears flowed down her cheeks and answered "Yes Mom it's mine but I am cured now. I was diagnosed with stomach cancer last year and I was operated on successfully". Rose asked her how this all happened and they didn't even hear a word from her daughter about this. Jasmine answered "I was stressed so much by all the pressure from my company and also the image I had to maintain as a successful woman in our neighborhood that I had many sleepless nights. I also skipped my meals because of the load of my work. And slowly my health started deteriorating. I started feeling abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and loss of vomiting. When I went for a checkup I was found diagnosed with stomach cancer. I went for chemotherapy and after some time I was operated on successfully. I got 60% stomach removed and took my medicines regularly. But soon after the surgery I fell into depression which reduced my efficiency at work. I regularly made more mistakes and that also stressed me even more so I decided to quit everything and return to my hometown. I also decided that now I will start pursuing my hobbies and do things which make me happy instead of things which I did under peer and societal pressure." Her mother felt extremely guilty after hearing her daughter's painful story and realized her mistakes. She hugged Jasmine and apologized for pressurizing her to follow her dreams which was against her interest. The next day Rose enrolled Jasmine in a cooking institute. And after a few years Jasmine opened her cooking channel on YouTube on which she gained lots of positive responses. She also started taking care of herself and slowly became healthier.

LESSONS I LEARNED IN 2023✨

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I wrote because I had my own reasons. This year I gave my board exams for class 10 and the result is yet to come. So I had to cut off my every extra work to save my time and concentrate on my studies. I know I haven't wrote for almost a year but now I will try to be regular with my blogs. 2023 was a fruitful year for me. I learned new things and also I had so many achievements. I can say that it was one of the most productive year for me. Today I want to share some of the lessons which I learned (I should have known them earlier😭) which is gonna help you all as well as me in future for sure.

1. AFTER A DARK NIGHT THERE IS A BRIGHT MORNING-:

As per my experience I would totally agree with the fact that the period of sorrow or dejection don't last for a very long time. If any of you is having a really hard time then remember that good things are coming to you in the future. Just face your problems bravely with self control. Every time you feel like to give up on your dreams, just start imagining the day when you will succeed. Try to feel that happiness in your imagination. This will help you to give a push in your life to keep moving.

2. IGNORE-:

Always remember one thing in your life- if people start objecting you or your work when you know that you are putting 100% of your efforts and attention in it, and you know you are right in your place then understand that it's not you who lack skills, it's just you are doing great in your field and people just don't like anyone who is better than them so they try their best to criticize the other person to demotivate them. It's better to ignore these people instead take benefit from them by using them as a fuel to make you move forward with your life. Whenever you feel low just remember that their is someone out their who is waiting for your downfall eagerly and you have to prove them wrong. Once you catch up with the habit of ignoring useless things, no matter what happens you will never get distracted from your goals.

3. grab every possible opportunity-:

As per my own perspective, a person should never miss out any opportunity that is going to benefit you in your future. For example if you are skilled in a particular field, then just try to never miss an opportunity to express your skill in front of the world. No matter if you fail, try again if you truly want people to know you by that skill. If you succeed one time then you will try to maintain your position no matter what happens. Every time you fail, you experience and learn something new. After every failure you try to improve yourself. Finally a day will come when you will become the best version of yourself and set an example for others.

4. 'it's not enough'-:

When you are working hard constantly day and night but still you feel like "it's not enough I should work more", then understand that you are on the right track. It is very important to get this feeling because as long as you don't crave for 'MORE' you won't be able to put more effort. For example if you are working towards your goal for 10 hours let's say and still you feel like it's not enough and you should work more, then this adds up to an achievement for you. If you are putting your 100% in those hours then no one can stop you from achieving your goals. But for this you have to be consistent. If you working for 10 hours daily, then inculcate this habit in your daily life schedule. Working hard for only 1 day and resting for other 6 days in a week won't help you out.

5. STAY CALM-:

One thing that I figured out during my board exams is that 'staying calm' is very important no matter how hard the situation gets. If you start panicking on the end moment, then there is a high chance that you are likely to mess up. Just relax and stay calm and then proceed with your work.

That's it for today's blog guys. I know I have to work more to improve my writing skills. I will try my best to write the best content in future. I am writing a blog after such a long time so maybe I made a mistake, but I promise I will improve myself. So stay tuned.

THANK YOU💕

HOW TO SURVIVE IN THIS VICIOUS WORLD?

Hey everyone! hope you all are doing good. I know it's been a while since I last wrote. Today's topic is something which I wanted to share with my readers. So we all know that in today's world it's hard to survive as a normal and peace-loving person because this world is full of betrayals whether it's in love, friendship or family. This world is kinda creepy, actually the whole generation. Things which shouldn't be normalized are normalized nowadays. For example-: Betrayals, which are common nowadays. People consider it really cool to betray each other. Another example we should talk about is that nowadays nobody is happy if you are succeeding, they try to find ways to put you down no matter what it takes. They waste their time just to put you down, sometimes they may succeed. Moving to another example, people nowadays are more into finesse stuffs. No one wants to see you happy.

So now it's time to deal with the most important part of this blog- HOW TO SURVIVE IN THIS VICIOUS WORLD? Let me share you some ways-:

1. Don't trust anybody-:  In such a noxious world, trusting someone is like axe on our own foot. People misuse your trust. Once you are betrayed you never ever want to trust anyone. So it's better not trusting anyone.

2. Be mentally tough-: If you aren't mentally tough, then it would be much easier for people to hurt you. They will try to break you. You need not to have a 'PEOPLE-PLEASING' nature. If something don't feel right just leave it. Just do whatever you want to do. Don't think what people gonna say or think about you. These thoughts just hinder your way.

3. Be cold from outside-: Being cold from outside and warm from inside is the best personality a person could adapt to. Being soft hearted in today's world is something foolish. People can misuse your kindness. I am not saying to become rude type person. Just show your cold side whenever required. Being frank to everyone is not a good idea. Having a warm corner in your heart is must.

4. Don't share your emotions-; Sharing your emotions to someone is something like revealing your weak side. They can use your weak side against you which can destroy you.

5. Focus on your goals-: Try to focus on your goals rather than spending time with people who are temporary in your life. They won't be helping you in the future when you need then the most. The only person who can help you is you, yourself.

6. Be productive-:  Spending time learning skills or doing something which is beneficial for your better than spending time chatting or hanging out with someone who can leave at any moment. This will make you love yourself which is the best thing a person can do. Don't waste time on things which are not going to be useful to you.

7. Have a devil side-: Being kind and generous is good but having a devil side in today's world is necessary. I am not saying to be a devil every time but it's necessary to show your devil side at some point of your life ( in a positive way). For example-: If someone is trying to destroy you, you should be ready for it and start collecting some proofs in case if that person starts working on it's plan then you must have something to defend yourself. The proofs should be strong which should have a ravaging effect on that person's life. This would make them learn a lesson and they would never try to take steps against you.

There are many things you can do but these are the main things which you can do to survive in today's world. I might have missed some  important points. Y'all can add those points in the comment section.

Thank you!💜

STORY- HUMANITY OVER PRIDE

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. I know nowadays I barely upload blogs because I am really busy as I am having exams every month . It's really hard to make time for other activities.

So today I want to share a story which I wrote for an Inter-school story writing competition which was held among various school of my city. It was organized by radiology department of ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY. I secured 3rd position in that competition and I am actually satisfied with it. I received a Trophy cup and certificate.

I actually wrote a story of 750 words but the word limit was of 250-300 words. So after editing so many things from it i managed to write a story of 300 words. Here's what I wrote :-

                         HUMANITY OVER PRIDE

"Please leave me, I don't wanna drink It" said a 16 year old boy in a trembling voice.

"You are saying NO to us?" said a nasty voice.

A loud thump followed by scream came out of the washroom and a boy was lying unconsciously on the floor. He was rushed to the hospital and the boy was saved.

On investigation the school came to know that he was bullied into drinking alcohol by some fellow boys.

 10 YEARS LATER-:

Aarav has grown into a mature strong man. He was now a doctor.

One day he was preparing to go back home from his clinic when he heard a knock on his clinic door. An emaciated man with a pale face and weary eyes entered the cIinic. Aarav's face went blank after seeing that man.

"Are you the OPD specialist of this city?" the man enquired

"y-y-yes" replied Aarav

"Doctor please help me, save my life" said Kushal

"Ok sir but before that can you please tell me your problem" replied Aarav.

"Doctor I have been diagnosed with liver cancer due to alcoholism. Now only you can save my life."

"Yes sir I will try my best, don’t worry" said Kushal.

The surgery went well and Kushal recovered.

“Thank you doctor, it’s all because of you” said Kushal

While he was talking to Kushal he noticed a scar on his forehead and asked him about It. Aarav said to Kushal “I am the same kid whom you bullied I school to drink alcohol”. A shocked expression took over Kushal’s face and he started to weep.

“Sorry Aarav, I am really sorry. I bullied you In the past but still you helped me out. That time I thought drinking alcohol would make me look cool but now I realized that all the suffering I got Is due to this alcohol. I am really sorry my brother.”

“It’s ok Kushal at least now you have realized your mistake. Always remember that drinking alcohol is injurious to our health”

Kushal promised that he will never drink alcohol again.

Wishing you a healthy and happy life

Thank you.

This is the story which I submitted. I want to share the original story from which I edited this one. I will surely try to upload it really soon. Till then take care.

Thank you💜

HOW TO DEAL WITH MENTAL DISORDERS?

Hello everyone! I hope you all are fit n fine😄. It's been a long time since i wrote anything here as i was really busy and still i am very busy regarding my studies and other stuffs but i hope from now on i shall be regularly uploading interesting blogs. Today i want to talk about a very important topic that is "HOW TO DEAL WITH MENTAL DISORDERS". Mental health is a big issue in today's generation. According to a scientific research it has been found that more than 50% of this generation is suffering from some sort of mental illness.

WHAT ACTUALLY IS MENTAL ILLNESS?

Mental illnesses are health conditions involving changes in emotion, thinking or behavior (or a combination of these). Mental illnesses are associated with distress and/or problems functioning in social, work or family activities.

HOW CAN WE DEAL WITH MENTAL DISORDERS?

Dealing with mental disorders is a big task for every individual suffering from it. Here are some ways to deal with mental disorders-:

1. daily meditation-:

Doing meditation on the regular basis helps us to calm our mind and provides relief from stress. It reduces negative emotions and increases self awareness, patience and tolerance. It also strengthens immune system of our body and increases our thinking capacity. Try to meditate at least once a day for minimum15 minutes.

2. surround yourself with good people-:

Usually people with good social connections are less likely to suffer from mental disorders. Good people always reflects positive energy which also affects the people around them. Having connections with good people will never let negative energy surround you or enter your mind.

3. KEEP MOVING-:

Keeping pace with your life is one of the hardest task while one is suffering from mental disorders. If we stop living our life it means that we are weak from inside. No matter what problems we face, we should never stop moving. Keeping pace with life is one of the most important thing we should keep in mind. I know sometimes we all feel like giving up but we should never stop living. God has sent us in this world for a special purpose. So believe yourself and keep moving.

4. BELIEVE YOURSELF-:

Believing yourself is one of the greatest difficulty a person faces while suffering from a mental disorder. We feel like we are losers and start losing faith and trust from ourselves. It's one of the hardest situation a person can go through. A person feels like everything is falling apart but trust me this is temporary. Nothing is permanent. Ups and downs are necessary in our life. These ups and downs makes us strong mentally and emotionally.

5. ENGAGING YOURSELF IN DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES-:

Keeping yourself engaged in various activities is one of the most effective way to keep yourself away from depression or anxiety. The more you are engaged in your work the less time you get to think about things which are disturbing you mentally. Try to engage yourself in productive activities such as working out, reading, meditating etc.

I hope and pray that those who are suffering from mental disorders recover and live a happy life. I know i am uploading after a long time as i was really really busy i will make sure i will keep on uploading more interesting blogs this year in continuation.

THANK YOU💜

LIFE UPDATE-: WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING LATELY?

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is doing well😄😄. It's been awhile since i updated anything on blogspot as i became really busy in all the school chores. As i told you guys in my last blog that my school finally reopened after a huge gap of 2 years so obviously i had a lots of school work to do. Within this one month we had our sessional exams [pre-mid term]. It was really difficult to prepare for these exams because since 2 years we are in a habit of giving online exams and honestly i totally forgot the pattern of offline exams in these 2 years. But anyhow i gave these exams and they went really well. I had a huge burden of homework and assignments in this month. Our summer vacations have already started from 16th May to 4th July and i have got a huge burden of assignments for our summer holidays. I have to prepare for a competitive exam as well so it's really hard for me to manage everything altogether. I want to share all my experiences of my school which i experienced during the month of April. I had lots of fun during this month and honestly i never wanted to have summer vacations because it's really boring to stay at home all day. I made so many new friends during this month. I tried to make strong bonds with many people and i succeeded making good friends. Recently I met a new friend who is really supportive and i never expected to have a friend like that person😄💜. I want to thank my 2 friends who made these days memorable for me. I hope our school reopens really soon. My favorite time during the whole day was the recess time because we enjoyed as much as we can. Many good things happened with me during these days. Many things changed and some things remained unchanged. I have a lot to tell you guys but i don't have words to express my experiences but i tried my best to express and share some of the best experiences with everyone. No one can deny the fact that school days are the best days of your life. Once they are gone, you won't be able to live them again. It is a golden period of our life. So that's it all for today guys. I hope i will get enough time to update as much as i can in future. Till then stay safe!💜

                                                       THANK YOU💜

MY FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL AFTER 2 YEARS😬

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. So today i will be sharing my experience at my school after 2 years. Today i went to my school after 2 years as the covid cases have decreased and the situation is getting normal. Last time i went to school on 6th march 2020 and finally after 2 years i got back to my school. During these 2 years we all were working from home which was kinda unacceptable for people who work offline, especially students. I waited for this day for 2 years and finally i got to see my friends, teachers and school which felt really good. I was mesmerized after i saw the classes because it felt really good. I was really nervous because it felt really awkward to face each of my schoolmates after a very long time. As soon as i entered my school building i felt a kind of social anxiety as if i am a really shy person but the reality is that i am not at all shy and this is the best quality of me. But today i don't know why it felt really strange as well as awkward. I was really afraid that something doesn't go wrong and creates awkwardness for me. And you know what when the school was going to get over an awkward moment was created by me😑. Teacher asked us to recite a prayer which we recite before getting back to home and i started reciting a prayer which is recited before lunch break because i thought it was lunch time and everyone started laughing😿.

Fortunately it was our Hindi period and the teacher was really frank so she didn't said anything instead she laughed otherwise if it would be our class teacher or any other strict teacher, he would have scolded me instead😐😅. I felt really good after seeing one of my very good friend but i won't discuss about it because you all will get bored for sure😅😂. In the end i want to share a photograph of my beautiful school.😍

THANK YOU💜

A STORY ON CANCER AWARENESS

It was a bright morning, everyone was heading to their work, and markets were full of chaos. Suddenly a doorbell rang at Mr James' house...
